Diamond XI (ex Ocean Diamond) - Accommodation Vessel Conversion and Mobilisation
Tschudi Ship Management was appointed by Bridgemans Services Group to provide technical management and conversion oversight for the former expedition cruise vessel Ocean Diamond, subsequently renamed Diamond XI. The project transformed the vessel into a high-capacity floating accommodation unit with approximately 350 berths across 150 cabins. Conversion works were carried out by SRC Group in Estonia under TSM supervision.
Full-scope technical and operational oversight
The project covered vessel takeover, condition assessment, entry surveys and defect identification, alongside class and certification management, insurance arrangements and operational mobilisation - the complete path from acquisition to deployment readiness.
