Some memberships make sense.

TSM has joined the Estonian Maritime Cluster, bringing us into a network of companies and organizations working across the maritime sector in and from Estonia.

What is the Estonian Maritime Cluster?

At its simplest, the Cluster brings maritime companies and expertise together, creating connections between different parts of the industry and opportunities to exchange knowledge, cooperate and develop the maritime sector.

For TSM, this is a natural network to belong to. We are an international ship management company, but Tallinn is also an important part of our operational base. Some significant projects under our management have taken place here, including the conversion works on BLUEFORT and the extensive refurbishment and technical modifications of ISABELLE X.

Why does it matter?

Being part of the Cluster means being present and involved in the maritime community around us. It gives us another forum in which to exchange experience, build relationships and make sure TSM is part of the conversation as the maritime industry develops.

There is also something important in simply belonging. TSM operates internationally, our colleagues and vessels work across borders, and our experience comes from projects around the world. At the same time, strong maritime businesses do not exist in isolation. They are part of wider professional networks.

And last but not least - substantial vessel projects are not the work of one company. Major vessel project depend of a network of maritime expertise, and these projects have given us first-hand appreciation of the competence available around us here in Estonia.

And yes, a small reason to celebrate

It says that we are here, we are maritime, we participate, and we want to contribute.

We bring considerable international experience in ship management, offshore operations, conversions, refits and vessel projects.

Now we have another opportunity to share that experience, learn from the capabilities around us and contribute to the international reach and development of the maritime community we are part of.

We should probably have joined sooner. But we are very glad to be aboard now.
