Tschudi Ship Management AS provides ship management services to the Vessel Owners worldwide. We handle technical, crew and operational management and provide SHEQ, procurement and other supporting services along with the main service. We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual, a true maritime enthusiast, to join our team as a SHEQ Coordinator. Our work language is English. Computer literacy should include the conventional MS package – Word, some Excel. The specific programs that we use will be introduced on the spot.
Your responsibilities, in a nutshell, shall be:
Coordination and Support:
- Coordinating safety, health, environmental, and quality management activities.
- Supporting the Head of SHEQ Department in implementing and improving SHEQ systems.
Compliance and Collaboration:
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks
Training and Documentation:
- Facilitating training sessions on SHEQ procedures and practices.
- Assisting in documentation control and maintenance of records related to SHEQ activities.
Culture and Audits:
- Contributing to the development of a positive safety culture within the organization.
- Participating in internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and conducting SHEQ audits on vessels, upon need.
Additional Duties:
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of SHEQ Department to support the overall objectives of the SHEQ team and the organization.
