We are launching a new service in collaboration with a strategic partner and are seeking an experienced OPERATIONAL MANAGER to lead, shape and maintain this exciting initiative. This is a unique opportunity to build something new from the ground up and keep it running, with full ownership of operations, team development, and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective operation and maintenance of marine equipment
- Oversee service and maintenance agreements
- Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
- Lead maintenance and troubleshooting teams - remotely and on-site
- Identify and implement improvements to the equipment/appliances with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive competency development across the team
You know it is for you, if you have previously enjoyed any of the following:
- Managing ROV operations (maintenance, deployment, data analysis)
- Coordinating subsea crane operations and team, maintenance and spares' management
- Leading offshore equipment rental services (winches, hydraulic power packs, gangway systems)
- Overseeing subsea project execution with a focus on safety and timeliness
- Commissioning and maintaining trenching or survey equipment, including data analysis for planning
Location:
Netherlands
Rotation:
- Permanent: 11 months on / 1 month off
- Rotational: 1 month on / 1 month off
- Supported by TSI substitute during off periods
