We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual to work as an important and integral part of our Crew Department, supporting the Crew Managers, but excelling as an individual in building up and maintaining crew recruitment strategies.

Nature of work:
- Establishing and developing successful recruitment strategies
- Creating job descriptions and job ads and posting these to the relevant platforms and channels to source talent suitable for an opening and/or fitting the company's managed fleet and portfolio
- Screening resumes and conducting initial screening interviews
- Extending job offers to successful candidates and agreeing on employment terms
- Supporting onboarding process in cooperation with Crew Managers
- Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and source effectiveness to optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Keeping crew records
- Promoting and representing employer's brand digitally and in person at industry events
Requirements:
- Relevant higher education or previous experience in a similar role in crew management or human resources, and related training
- Impressive communication and organizational skills, excelling at negotiation and argumentation
- Reasonable stress tolerance, positive attitude and open-mindedness
- Healthy sense of humour
- Very good command of written and spoken English, Estonian and Russian a strong plus
- Preparedness for occasional business trips
