Crew Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual to work as an important and integral part of our Crew Department, supporting the Crew Managers in providing the optimal service to our Vessel Owners and keeping our crews well-managed, looked-after and happy.

Please do note that this is not a remote position. We exercise the hybrid office option with 3 days in the office and 2 days elsewhere, if desired.

Nature of work:

  • Supporting Crew Manager in his work
  • Recruitment of crewmembers in cooperation with stakeholders
  • Marine personnel record-keeping and data-processing
  • Preparation of joining documentation, visa applications and Flag State documentation
  • Communication with port agencies, travel agencies, hotels, etc.
  • Crew-related communication with the accounting department
  • Crew members' briefing/debriefing


  • Relevant education or previous experience in a similar role in crew management or human resources, and related training
  • Impressive communication and organizational skills
  • Healthy stress tolerance, positive attitude and open-mindedness
  • Team-player with the ability to work and multi-task also independently
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, Estonian and Russian a strong plus
  • Maritime background preferable, but not strictly required
